Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and lead with selling and service expertise. You will partner with the leadership team to drive sales, learn product categories, and maintain merchandising standards across the floor.

You will manage transactions at POS, monitor stock, and uphold company policies while modeling strong attendance and professional appearance. This role supports store goals daily.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed customer expectations.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate features and benefits.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed on current promotions and ads.
• Maintain merchandising standards; assist with floor moves and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise; monitor and replenish stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS.
• Develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Open and close procedures per Time and Attendance policy.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate quality work, attendance and appearance.
