Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to engage customers and lead store partners in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. The role focuses on selling, product knowledge, visual merchandising and strong POS proficiency while partnering with leadership to drive sales goals.

As a Key Holder you will help develop the team, oversee daily operations, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to exceed customer expectations and build relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements; communicate them to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards, assist with floor moves, displays and housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor replenishment of floor stock; ensure accurate POS transactions.
• Open and close procedures per company standards and Time & Attendance policies.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate consistent quality of work, attendance and appearance.
