Job summary

Boot Barn seeks a Key Holder to support store leaders in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will foster a service and selling culture, develop product knowledge, and help drive sales to meet and exceed goals.

You will assist with merchandising, floor moves, displays, and housekeeping, while maintaining accurate POS transactions and cash accountability. Join a collaborative team that values community and West-inspired heritage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer service efforts in a retail setting.
• Ability to communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Familiarity with merchandising standards and floor moves.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to exceed customer expectations.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, capture rates).
• Stay informed on promotions and advertisements to upsell.
• Assist with merchandising, floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and replenish floor stock as needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain cash/media accountability at POS.
• Partner with leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Perform opening and closing procedures per company standards and time policy.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; follow procedures.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate high-quality work, attendance, and appearance.
