Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to lead in-store customer service and sales execution. You will work closely with store leadership to exceed sales goals, develop team members and support store operations.

Responsibilities include mastering product knowledge, executing promotions, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring accurate cash handling at POS while fostering a high-quality service culture.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve goals like units per transaction and average dollars per transaction.
• Understand current promotions and ads and apply them at point of sale.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, merchandising and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and manage cash at POS.
