Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and lead store partners. The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising presentation with proficiency at POS.

You will partner with the leadership team to drive sales, support team development, and execute store operations while maintaining policy compliance and a high standard of attendance and appearance.

• Maintain merchandising standards and display presentation.
• Proficient in processing transactions at POS and handling cash accurately.
• Partner with leadership to drive sales and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons).
• Stay informed on promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and cash accountability at POS.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Complete opening and closing procedures per company standards and attendance policies.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate high-quality work, attendance, and appearance.
