PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee store operations, profitability, and guest experience. You will partner with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to implement the business strategy and lead a high‑performing team in a dynamic retail environment.

You will drive sales, service standards, and employee development while maintaining store compliance and safety. This role requires a collaborative leader who champions our brand and local community.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in sales, management, or people development; college degree preferred.
• EDUCATION: GED or high school diploma.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to forecast and analyze business needs; leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a confident team to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
• Respond to internal and external customers and build strong relationships.
• Drive changes that improve customer experience and coach teams accordingly.
