Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will guide a team, ensure effective scheduling, and drive sales while maintaining loss prevention practices.

In this role you will work closely with the Store Manager to execute merchandising, training, and operational initiatives across the store, contributing to a positive, inclusive environment and strong performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.

• Ability to work unsupervised and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling, customer issues, and store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead and develop store associates through training programs and performance follow-ups.
• Administer disciplinary steps as needed and uphold company policies.
