Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a front-line team, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will manage scheduling, training, and merchandising to meet sales goals while upholding brand standards.

In this role you will handle cash controls, inventory, and loss prevention, collaborate with the Store Manager, and foster a respectful, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead and develop store associates through training programs and goal setting; monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and brand standards to maintain loss prevention and store integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service and drive the selling strategy to hit KPIs and sales targets.
• Manage cash handling, POS accuracy, and daily till reconciliation.
