Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive store performance and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, schedule staff, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering an engaging retail experience across the store floor.

You will develop people, execute the selling strategy, and manage operations including cash, inventory, and visual standards to support relentless focus on customers and results.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs and regular follow-up.
• Administer progressive discipline and maintain a respectful team environment.
• Lead customer service and selling strategy to hit KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and inventory accuracy.
