Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a store team lead to drive excellent customer service and efficient store operations in Piedmont, SC. You will supervise service programs, assist with hiring and coaching, and ensure accurate handling of orders, returns, and invoicing.

The role requires Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred). Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager with hiring, coaching, and setting team goals and training.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside orders promptly and communicate shipments to customers.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and invoicing are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee daily opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
