Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Greenville, SC is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role also assumes shift management in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

The position encourages bilingual candidates; strong communication and coordination of online orders, transfers, and returns to maintain efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and ensure proper payment methods.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules and proper clocking in/out.
