Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels and team member execution.
• Ensure smooth operation of buy online/ship to store processes.
• Handle retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties and manage cash.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts

Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
