Responsibilities include staffing the sales counter, coaching employees, participating in hiring, handling returns, coordinating special orders and communicating policies.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
• O’Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom including related sales programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, and hiring to ensure qualified team members.
• Ensure all transactions and returns are processed efficiently and in compliance with policy.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing duties and safety checks.
