Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Manage phone calls according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders; notify customers on shipment.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns, issue refunds correctly, and stage returns.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before leaving store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
