Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels on the showroom and ensure policy-compliant operations.
• Answer the telephone according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and other orders in a timely manner.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Process returns, issue refunds, and stage merchandise properly.
• Invoice merchandise before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure clock-in/out and schedule adherence per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, deposits, security checks, and alarm procedures.
