Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams to drive sales and service.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for staff development.
• Fluent or working knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in sales, service, and store operations.
• Lead team to deliver exceptional customer service at the showroom.
• Oversee staffing during peak hours and manage shifts.
• Assist in hiring, interviews, and staff training compliance.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, and returns are processed promptly.
• Perform opening/closing duties and safeguard cash deposits.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, and equipment readiness.
• Ensure adherence to policies and clock-in/out procedures.
