Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on sales performance, staff development, and adherence to brand standards.

The position requires effective people management, operational oversight, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced retail environment at our location in Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer issues, and daily store operations.
• Lead and train store personnel, ensuring adherence to policies and brand standards.
• Oversee staffing, training, and disciplinary actions as needed when Store Manager is absent.
• Drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and promote Lids memberships and promotions.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, audits, and inventory processes.
