Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure outstanding customer service in our Fayetteville, NC location. You will execute the store’s selling strategy, manage staffing and training, and uphold brand standards while supporting the Store Manager in achieving KPI targets.

You will also assist with inventory control, POS operations, and maintaining a welcoming, high-energy shopping environment for fans and customers alike.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the store team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
