Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales results. You will develop sales specialists, coach one-on-one, and own daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and profitability is achieved.

You will recruit and mentor staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering great guest service and a winning workplace culture.
