Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will own daily operations, coaching, and merchandising, with a focus on sales targets and team development.

In this role you will manage talent, train staff, and ensure high standards of customer service, while working evenings, weekends, and peak periods as needed.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• Experience in a commissions-based sales environment a plus.
• Ability to interview, hire, train, and mentor a team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Strong ownership of sales performance and store metrics.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management — selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent; interview and hiring decisions for the store.
• Results Driven — own and coach the store's key sales metrics daily.
• Running store operations — analyze staffing, report financials, handle cash, ensure uptime.
• Customer Focus — delight customers and coach team to deliver it every guest.
• Relationship Building — build relationships with team and store leaders; communicate effectively.
• Change Management — champion merchandising standards and planogram changes with the team.
• Strategic Thinking — set goals and translate them into daily/shift plans.
