Victra, the leading Verizon authorized retailer, seeks an Assistant General Manager to coach a sales team and deliver outstanding customer experiences in-store. You will own store performance, mentor staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while meeting sales targets.

You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, develop talent, and lead by example. This role requires leadership skills, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Talent management: Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent and providing training.
• Own the numbers: lead sales metrics and store commitments, including daily scorekeeping.
• Run store operations: staffing, cash handling, compliance, and IT/facilities liaison.
• Open/close: perform store opening and closing activities and daily merchandising.
• Customer focus: model service standards and resolve issues on the floor.
