Job summary

Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales team and create outstanding customer experiences in a Verizon authorized retail store. You will coach staff to reach sales targets, drive merchandising excellence, and manage daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop the team, set goals, monitor performance, and ensure high standards of service while supporting company initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail or wireless environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales staff to meet targets.
• Experience managing store operations and merchandising to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a sales team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Coach associates one-on-one and mentor for performance improvement.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Ensure planogram adherence and effective in-store merchandising.
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling to maintain service levels.
• Drive customer experience and resolve issues on the sales floor.
