Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Dothan, AL seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support customers’ short‑term financial needs while gaining hands‑on experience running a store. You’ll build leadership skills through account management, customer outreach, and risk management in a performance‑driven, people‑first environment.

This full‑time role offers $16.00 per hour, a broad benefits package, and cross‑brand training to move into opportunities across our eleven brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, and standard software.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives as needed.
