Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with showmanship and high level customer service.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Assist Store Manager in supervision and store operations including merchandizing.
• Manage daily tasks, schedule, and performance tracking to drive sales.
