Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training / Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and guest service. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop Teammates, drive sales, and oversee merchandising and store presentation.

You will train to take on store leadership duties in the Manager's absence, with a progression from AIT to full Assistant Manager, focusing on customer experience, team development, and operational execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills expected.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates and support Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to every Guest.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training, and developing Teammates.
• Lead sales and operational activities to meet store goals.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Understand POS procedures and Loss Prevention basics.
