The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to uphold our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising, and operations duties, partner with the Store Manager, recruit and coach Teammates, and step in as Store Manager when needed. This role progresses from AIT to advanced leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and guest service preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to recruit and train teammates.
