Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support sales, merchandising, and store operations while developing leadership skills for future management roles.

You will work with the Store Manager and leadership team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates and ensure a superior shopping experience for Guests. In this role, you will gain exposure to performance metrics, training initiatives, and daily store management tasks, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• One to three months of related retail experience and/or training is expected.
• Strong guest service and leadership potential is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist in recruiting and developing Teammates and lead in the Store Manager's absence.
• Lead by example with showmanship and exceptional customer service across the store.
