Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store, lead and develop associates, and achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role includes participating in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare for success.

You will contribute to a team-focused environment, with opportunities for growth and ongoing development within a fast-paced national brand.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsabilités

• Assist in the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
