Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles from home store.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or Food Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial and guest experience goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure store performance.
• Support leadership training and compliance with company standards.
