Panda Restaurant Group is hiring for an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to reach financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
