Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store with a focus on achieving financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The position offers mentorship, career development opportunities, and a pathway to management within a supportive Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
