Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store and lead associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates; participate in leadership training program (3+ weeks).
• Support store leadership in day-to-day operations and adherence to standards.
