Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of a Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare you for success, with opportunities for mentorship and ongoing support from the Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
