You will oversee hiring, coaching and directing team members to meet financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A three-plus week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Support store leadership and participate in training to prepare for success.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience and drive store performance.
