Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing team members to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program and support the store’s success with hands-on leadership, guest service excellence, and continuous development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide a great guest experience and drive store success.
• Undergo a multi-week store leadership training program before or after starting.
