Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a rigorous three-week leadership training program and ongoing support from our Panda community to develop your career in restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
