Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
