Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve customer service and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.

Responsabilités

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with department managers and staff.
• Support action planning and communication to associates after surveys and feedback.
• Monitor budgets and sales, labor, safety, and shrink targets to improve performance.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to department heads and associates.
