Job summary

Deckers Brands' UGG division seeks an Associate Store Manager in New York to lead a high-performing team and uphold exceptional customer service. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage inventory and store operations, and contribute to budgeting and merchandising execution.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to set goals, monitor performance, and stay ahead of market trends while ensuring the brand experience aligns with Deckers Brands standards.

Qualifications

• Two to five years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to recruit, hire, train, and develop an effective store team.
• Uphold high training standards and ensure product knowledge across the team.
• Manage inventory, cash, and labor; assist in budgeting and financial planning.
• Implement visual merchandising directions and maintain brand standards.
• Coach team members and participate in performance evaluations and goal setting.
