Job summary

UGG is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop teammates, deliver exceptional customer service, and embody the Deckers Brands mission. The role includes training, scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining store operations while staying aligned with brand standards.

You will open/close, manage labor, and respond to customer needs in a fast-paced retail environment, with continued focus on growth and profitability for the local market.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Store Manager to develop team members, provide the best customer service, and communicate the company’s values, vision, and mission.
• Aide in selecting team members who align with the brand and its products.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, plan and prepare labor schedules, and maintain the store security system.
• Train, manage operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory, and store administration, and address customer needs.
• Cultivate awareness of industry trends and support day-to-day operations.
