Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers and drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously, answer questions, and communicate return policy.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean back-stock and break areas; participate in safety procedures.
• Report to work on time and notify Store Manager if late or absent.
