Job summary

UGG is seeking an Associate Store Manager in New York to partner with the Store Manager on hiring, training and developing a high-performing team. You will uphold training standards, ensure product knowledge, and promote outstanding customer service in line with the UGG Service Program.

You will also manage inventory, cash, and labor, assist budgeting and merchandising, coach team members, and contribute to performance reviews while staying aware of industry trends and local competition.

Qualifications

• Two to five years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training and development of store team.
• Uphold high training standards and ensure product knowledge across the team.
• Promote and elevate customer service aligned with UGG Service Program.
• Motivate team to meet goals and provide coaching for performance reviews.
• Manage store inventory, cash, and labor; participate in budgeting and financial planning.
• Implement visual merchandising directions and maintain brand standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate customer needs.
