Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years retail store management experience.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to develop the team and achieve revenue goals.
• Open and close the store; manage labor schedules.
• Train and engage staff; maintain high training standards.
• Maintain inventory and visual merchandising; ensure customer service excellence.
• Address customer needs and respond to issues promptly.
