Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store, manage associates, and drive guest satisfaction. You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for success and advancement within the company.

You’ll lead opening/closing shifts, hire and direct staff, and work toward financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be available to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
