Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing team members to meet financial targets and provide guest experiences.

You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program and must be flexible to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays while maintaining Food Safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and oversee associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
