Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store in your area. You will hire, train, and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+-week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

You must be flexible to work openings/closings, weekends, and holidays. A Serve Safe certification is preferred, with a focus on safety, quality, and community service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to move within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends/holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Serve Safe certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members to ensure success.
