Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and complete a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
