The Buckle, Inc. is opening a brand-new Edwardsville store and seeks an Assistant in Training or Assistant Manager to join the team.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The role progresses from AIT with expanded duties across sales, merchandising, and store operations, and includes a pay range of $20–$24 per hour plus base commission where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Retail or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist in training Teammates and leadership development.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and POS procedures.
• Help manage daily store duties and store presence.
