The Buckle, Inc. in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Manager/Assistant in Training to lead a high-performing team, coach Teammates, and drive guest engagement. The role involves recruiting, training, merchandising, and maintaining Buckle standards across operations.

You will partner with the Store Manager to exceed sales targets, deliver Legendary Service, and mentor teammates while ensuring a smooth store operation and visual presentation. A pathway from AIT to Assistant Manager is available.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training are acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legendary guest service and drive sales with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring Shop operations and POS procedures are executed.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards and store goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan sales goals and monitor performance using the SPG.
• Oversee visual merchandising, planograms, and in-store presentations to maximize guest experience.
