Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Washington is seeking an Assistant Manager (and Assistant in Training) to lead store operations, drive sales, and mentor Teammates. The role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team, focusing on training, recruitment, merchandising, and daily store performance.

As a progression from the AIT role, you’ll assume higher duties and provide leadership in the Store Manager’s absence while maintaining Buckle’s standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, customer service and attentiveness.
• Plan sales goals with Store Manager and manage daily tasks.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s accountability and sales standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store.
• Coordinate Visual Merchandising and zone ownership.
